All you need to know about Brexit

                    
                   Generally several nations come together to form the union or Group which will be helpful for economic & political cooperation. Similarly some nations which are in Europe region are formed into group named as European Union(EU).
             In fact this group is considered to be a Single nation. Following are few important areas needed to be considered 
  •  It have single market i.e free transportation and trading between nations in EU.
  •  People can move more freely from one nation to other without any restrictions. 
Some nations may think that they are loosing a lot in group instead of gaining. One such country is United kingdom.
             Today i.e June 23'rd a referendum is happening in United kingdom. Referendum to know opinion of the people whether United Kingdom needs to be a part of European union or not.

How  referendum idea comes to play?
                      Prime minister David Cameron Promised to hold one referendum if he won the 2015 General elections, in response to growing calls from his own conservative MP's and the UK Independence party (UKIP), who argued that Britain had not a say since 1975, when it voted to stay in the EU in a referendum.

Features of European Union(EU)
  1. Present strength is 28.
  2. The Population is above 500 million.
  3. In 1950 Six countries of the region came together to pool their coal and steel resources(Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
  4. A treaty was signed in Rome after 7 years and European Economic community(EEC) is created in 1958.
  5. In 1993 EEC became EU(from economic to political union).
  6. From then EU functions on rule of Law. There are no borders control.
  7. UK, Ireland and Denmark Joined in 1973.
  8. Slowly the strength increased and in 2004, 10 countries became the members.
  9. Croatia is the latest to become a members in 2013.
  10. Following are the Institutions of EU
    • The European Commission.
    • The European Parliament
    • The European Council
    • The European Court of Justice
In referendum if people of United Kingdom decides to stay with EU , UK will be provided with Special status in EU.

P-Notes(Participatory notes)


          In India we have a share market where varies companies will register with market regulator(SEBI), they can shell there shares in market. Any company or individual can able to sell/buy the shares of any company registered with SEBI(Securities and exchange Board of India).

          SEBI is a board that is created by ACT of parliament, which controls the entire share market operations.

          Investors who are present in abroad/Overseas are very much permitted to invest in Indian Share market through FII - Foreign Institutional investors. FII's are supposed to register with SEBI, After SEBI issues permission they can invest money in INDIAN share market.

         Overseas Individuals who don't want to register with SEBI but still want to invest in Indian Share market.This can be done by investors by purchasing P-NOTES. P-NOTES are issued by FII'S which are registered with SEBI.        

       Government of India to cub money laundering made clear to FII'S that they have to disclose the name of the people to whom they are issuing P-NOTES.

FII (Foreign Institutional investors) is also known as HOT MONEY..

Interesting Facts about Fiji



           Fiji is an Archipelago of 333 islands in Melanesia in south pacific ocean about 1,100 nautical miles(1 Nautical mile = 1.852 km) northeast of new Zealand's north island.People only live in 100 islands reaming are nature preserves.

Almost  87% of the population are present in  two major islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.

         Fiji has one of the most developed economies in the Pacific due to an abundance of forest, mineral, and fish resources. Today, the main sources of foreign exchange are its tourist industry and sugar exports. 

Fiji gained its independence in 1970. It was a British colony for 96 years.

The International Date Line runs through Fiji’s island of Taveuni. 

           Tonga and Samoa islands have the same time but one day apart. This is because the IDL runs between these countries, locating Samoa in the Western Hemisphere and Tonga in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Devil's triangle mystery declassified



            On 5'th December 1945, 14 navy airman man left Florida and took to the sky for training exercise on flight 19  a United States Navy overwater navigation training flight from Naval Air Station Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  But 1 hour 45 mins after there journey the flights leader in radio said that something is dreadfully wrong and all direction compass are malfunctioning.

His last words

"We don't know which way is west.
Everything is wrong.
Even the Ocean doesn't look as it should."


          Flying over the western part of north Atlantic ocean which now called Bermuda triangle Flight 19 never seen again. On the same day evening a search plane was sent to find the missing flight but just after 27 mins after the take off  the search plane & its 13 members crew also became lost to the BERMUDA Triangle.

From then Over 1000 people are gone missing in this area

  1. Star Tiger and Star Ariel disappeared on January 30, 1948,
  2. Douglas DC-3 On December 28, 1948, a Douglas DC-3 aircraft, number NC16002, disappeared while on a flight from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Miami. No trace of the aircraft or the 32 people on board was ever found.
  3. KC-135 Stratotanlers On August 28, 1963, a pair of US Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft collided and crashed into the Atlantic.
  4. Connermara IV September 26, 1955, the crew vanished while the yacht survived.
"Bermuda triangle" is named by Vicent Gaddis , February 1963.

Scientific explanation of mystery

                    Arctic university of Norway  discovered Hugh underwater craters in the west BARENTS SEA. These crater area is likely to represent one of the largest hot spots for shallow marine methane release in the Arctic. They start to actively decompose with methane ice turning into gas. It happens in an avalanche-like way, like a nuclear reaction, producing huge amounts of gas.That makes the ocean heat up and ships sink in its waters mixed with a huge proportion of gas.

This might explain why the ships completely disappear in Bermuda triangle

                Another explanation is the magnetic rocks mess with the compass in the ships & Aircraft but again scientist yet to prove it
